Frequently Asked Questions

What postal services do you use?

I use USPS, FedEx, and USPS to mail my packages. 


I mainly use USPS but if there's a issue with the service (website down, won't process mailing label) I'll use one of the other two to make sure you get your package.

What is a "made to order" item?

A made to order item doesn't exist until you order it. I don't have a back stock of this item either due to complexity or low demand.

How long will it take to complete and ship my “made to order” item?

 This depends on how many orders are ahead of yours and the processing time of the item you chose. For patches and embroidered pieces its usually 1-2 weeks, for small to medium simple plushies its usually 4-6 weeks, and for large scale complicated items its usually 8-10 weeks. These estimated time frames do not include custom orders.

What is processing time?

Processing time is the time it takes for me to make your item. This time varies depending on how many orders I have and how challenging it is to make the item you ordered. Processing time for custom orders usually takes longer (depending on complexity) than orders in the shop because I have to make prototypes before coming to a final design.

What if I need a order by a specific day or event?

 If you need a order for a specific day please order at least 3 months in advanced. I may have many orders ahead of yours and shipping isn’t always guaranteed to arrive on time. 

What if I want a refund during processing time?

You can ask about a full refund up to 5 days after your order is placed. After the 5 day period if a refund is requested a 30% cancelation fee based on the item cost will be charged. 

Care instructions

 Unless specified otherwise nothing I sell is meant for a washing machine or dryer. Spot clean only and depending on what it is take precautions. Message me for questions you might have. 

Do you offer rush services?

 I do not offer any kind of rush services. I cannot guarantee completion or delivery by a specific date to please order at least 3 months prior to guarantee you get it on time. 

What if I move between when a order is placed to when its ready to ship?

Thats okay! Please to be sure to tell me the new address before I print the label. 

Do I ship internationally?

I mainly ship within the United States but I am more than willing to make items for my international friends! Please message me with the item you desire as well as your address so I can research shipping prices to give you the best deal.

Can I use my preferred name for my shipping address?

While I do believe that if your given name no longer fits you and you have every right to be called your preferred name, but if it is not a legal name please do not use it. If there is a issue with the post service you can't prove you are you because your ID and what's on the package wont match.

I've missed package delievery and item is being returned to seller.

Sometimes these things happen, usually domestic and international post offices will try to deliver a item more than once before sending it back. It is up to you as the buyer to make the necessary phone calls to locate your package (I provide tracking numbers and although I am US based that tracking doesn't change). In the event a package is returned to me and postage needs to be repurchased it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the new label. 

Do you accept payment plans?

I do! I have Zelle, Venmo, cash app, and PayPal. There’s no mandatory minimum or deadline to meet. you put in what you can until your item is paid in full. Your funds stay untouched in whatever account you are putting them in and once you reach the goal I order fabric and start your item. If for any reason you need the money back it’s there for you.
