All digital files are non refundable. No exceptions. Digital files are not to be redistributed for any reason either for free or for a monetary value.
You are allowed to make and sell as many items from my patters as you'd like. Please put credit in description of the item.

Return and Refund Policy
On eligible items you may contact me within a week of delivery to inquire about starting a return.
When the item is received I will inspect it to be sure that its in the same condition it was shipped in. Any signs of use will result in the denial of the return.
To start a return process please contact me via Email (see below) or Discord.
After item is inspected and the refund is processed it will take usually 5-10 business days to return to your account depending on your bank.
